I am participating in the Blogger's Quilt Festival. The quilt I chose is my Decadent Victorian quilt. This quilt has to be my favorite! My girlfriend Christine made a quilt out of a jellyroll in this fabric and i fell in love with it. I so never would have purchased this jellyroll based on the colors, but once I saw her quilt I ran out and purchased one. I held on to this jellyroll for quite some time because I knew I needed just the right pattern and had a difficult time finding one until I bought the book Jelly Roll Quilts.
The pattern is called Daisy Chain in the book Jelly Roll Quilts by Pam & Nicky Lintott and is done with one jelly roll of Decadent Victorian and a bit of yardage. I just love the colors in this quilt.
And that cute little thing in the picture is Maggie Mae...isn't she just adorable! She is our neighbors dog, but I would take her in a heartbeat! She's just so happy :O)
