So since he has been on the couch all day, every day, i haven't been able to do any sewing, so I've been cooking and cooking and cooking! He went several days only eating 1/2 a peanut butter sandwich and maybe 1/2 cup of cereal with milk, so once his appetite started coming back, i started feeding him.
The other day i came across a cake on Nancy No Blog Blogs and it sounded so yummy so i made it last night. We had it for lunch today with a dollop of cool whip and it was fabulous! It's called lemon lime cake. Here's a pic of the batter. Sorry i didn't take a pic when i was eating it :O)
On the quilting side, the quilts for my 3 nephews came back from the quilter the other day and they look absolutely AWESOME!!!! I'm hoping to be able to do the binding for them this weekend since it's suppose to be a rainy weekend in my part of Ohio. I can't wait to give them their quilts and be able to post pics of them!!

I think I am gonna make that cake too. Glad hubby is feeling better. Sick husbands can be trying even under the best of circumstances. Am so anxious to see the quilts. Hurry with the bindings please. LOL Hugs
