OK, so here's my dilemma...I have always liked this fabric at my local quilt store, but obviously not enough to purchase it for a quilt....until....my quilt shop was closing and it was marked down 50%!!!! So now I'm looking for pattern suggestions to make with this material. I am always afraid to start cutting up material because I love it so much that I don't want to screw it up and then end up with a quilt I don't care for. That hasn't happened yet, but I'm sure one day it will.
So please give me some pattern suggestions that I could make with this fabric. I have one yard of each and I may even have bought some extra yardage of it just to make sure I didn't run out!

Love the fabric... I just started quilting but I really like the idea of doing squares with the peak a book squares inside or stars... I'm not too fancy yet so I'm not sure.. :)
Lovely fabric Lisa..what about stars....bit of a plain background and nice little stars??
cutting is always hard for me too! i'm sure you'll come up with something great. i always have to let the fabric sit for a bit and let my brain stew over the possibilities.
Stars sound nice. I think the fabric is pretty, so showing it off with a plain pattern would be good.
